盾構(gòu)簾布橡膠板 是目前運用較多的盾構(gòu)、頂管機(jī)出洞密封裝置，“地下立體交通工程箱涵頂進(jìn)雙重置換工法”所采用出洞密封裝置為簾布橡膠板。受頂管機(jī)機(jī)頭斷面形狀限制，矩形頂管機(jī)的簾布橡膠板設(shè)計與圓形頂管機(jī)、盾構(gòu)有所不同。

盾構(gòu)簾布橡膠板

盾構(gòu)簾布橡膠板 進(jìn)行管片切開、撤除施工前，為便于施工，需搭設(shè)施工腳手架。依據(jù)現(xiàn)場的實際狀況，腳手架下方有必要保留可讓機(jī)車經(jīng)過的通道。施工腳手架由φ51鋼管搭設(shè)而成，設(shè)上下兩層渠道，用φ51鋼管鋪設(shè)。切開、撤除施工完成后，腳手架暫不撤除，留作結(jié)構(gòu)施工時運用。

簾布橡膠板基本原理：

盾構(gòu)出洞設(shè)備包含簾布橡膠板、圓環(huán)板、扇形翻版及相應(yīng)的銜接螺栓和墊圈，設(shè)備次序為簾布橡膠板、圓形板、扇形翻版。設(shè)備完成后，圓形板經(jīng)過銜接螺栓迫使簾布橡膠板緊貼洞口，盾構(gòu)推動過程中，簾布橡膠板隨盾構(gòu)外壁，構(gòu)成密封止水。此時，扇形翻版翻轉(zhuǎn)后會頂住簾布橡膠板，避免呈現(xiàn)前方因水土壓力過大而導(dǎo)致簾布橡膠板逆向翻轉(zhuǎn)的狀況呈現(xiàn)；橡膠板在前方水土壓力的作用下還會緊靠扇形翻版，這種密封狀況是較為牢靠的。
