工業(yè)污水處理方案：

來(lái)自生產(chǎn)車間的生產(chǎn)廢水0.5m3/h，通過(guò)廠區(qū)內(nèi)自流管道自流至隔油調(diào)節(jié)池，將污水中部分懸浮石油去除，在調(diào)節(jié)池內(nèi)進(jìn)行PH的調(diào)節(jié)。

隔油調(diào)節(jié)池的廢水經(jīng)過(guò)P1泵提升至斜管沉淀器，在沉淀器內(nèi)通過(guò)加藥絮凝作用將廢水中的金屬離子及懸浮物去除。經(jīng)斜管沉淀器作用后，廢水自流進(jìn)溶氣氣浮機(jī)，通過(guò)氣浮機(jī)的微小溶氣氣泡將污水中大部分懸浮油以及乳化油去除，氣浮過(guò)程中為更好的去處浮油以及懸浮物需通過(guò)加藥裝置投加PAC、PAM，通過(guò)絮凝劑的絮凝作用，將污水中的小顆粒懸浮物絮凝成大顆粒懸浮物，更高速有效的去處水中的浮油以及懸浮物，為后續(xù)的生化部分提供條件。污水經(jīng)氣浮機(jī)除油后進(jìn)入一體化處理裝置。

一體化處理裝置；一體化廢水處理裝置分水解酸化段、接觸氧化段、和二沉池；實(shí)現(xiàn)廢水水處理的生化全過(guò)程，二沉池設(shè)置污泥回流泵P2，實(shí)現(xiàn)A/O工藝的硝化液回流，初期的污泥量及生化處理的效果。

沉淀池出水自流進(jìn)入排水官網(wǎng)，至此達(dá)標(biāo)排放。
