                                  風(fēng)冷卻器安裝示意圖及使用說明

                    技  術(shù)  要  求   

A.本產(chǎn)品嚴(yán)格按照J(rèn)B/7261標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及本圖樣設(shè)計(jì)制造。   
B.芯體采用真空釬焊；其它部件接合采用氬弧焊接，要求焊縫無氣孔缺陷，焊縫外觀平     直、光滑。   
C.散熱翅片外觀噴銀灰色，外觀美觀；內(nèi)部不能有雜物，除水份并干燥處理。   
D.換熱器工作壓力設(shè)計(jì)2.0Mp,內(nèi)通道水壓試驗(yàn)壓力為3.0Mp,持壓20分鐘。氣密性試驗(yàn)壓力   1.6Mp，檢測15分鐘，均不得有任何滲漏。   
E.電源電壓測試正常，電機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，不允許任何漏電，采用3C/CE認(rèn)證電機(jī)。   
F.安裝外殼美觀，焊接牢固，不能有脫焊和明顯變形現(xiàn)象。
