1、鍋爐出廠時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)附有“技術(shù)規(guī)范要求的設(shè)計(jì)文件、產(chǎn)品合格證明、及使用說明、檢驗(yàn)證明（性能檢驗(yàn)證書）”。
2、鍋爐的安裝、、改造。從事鍋爐的安裝、、改造的單位應(yīng)當(dāng)取得省級(jí)技術(shù)局頒發(fā)的特種設(shè)備安裝書，方可從事鍋爐的安裝、、改造。施工單位在施工前將擬進(jìn)行安裝、、改造情況書面告知直轄市或者轄區(qū)的特種設(shè)備部門，并將開工告知送當(dāng)?shù)乜h級(jí)技術(shù)局備案，告知后即可施工。
