2、鍋爐的安裝、、改造。從事鍋爐的安裝、、改造的單位應當取得省級技術局頒發(fā)的特種設備安裝書，方可從事鍋爐的安裝、、改造。施工單位在施工前將擬進行安裝、、改造情況書面告知直轄市或者轄區(qū)的特種設備部門，并將開工告知送當?shù)乜h級技術局備案，告知后即可施工。
