漂珠是一種能浮于水面的粉煤灰空心球，呈灰白色，壁薄中空，顆粒細(xì)、重量輕，高強(qiáng)耐磨、表面封閉而光滑，熱導(dǎo)率小，耐火度高、保溫絕緣、應(yīng)力應(yīng)變均勻等多種功能，廣泛用于耐火、保溫材料的生產(chǎn)和在塑料、涂料、油漆油墨、陶瓷、封裝材料、地板膠、石油鉆探等領(lǐng)域作增強(qiáng)性填充料。能既有效地改善產(chǎn)品性能或施工效果，又明顯地降低生產(chǎn)成本，現(xiàn)已廣泛應(yīng)用于耐火材料的原料之中。

【漂珠特性】

1、高耐火度：漂珠的主要化學(xué)成分為硅、鋁的氧化物，其中二氧化硅（SiO2)約為50-65%，三氧化二鋁(Al2O3)約為25-35%。因?yàn)槎趸瑁⊿iO2)的溶點(diǎn)高達(dá)1725攝氏度，三氧化二鋁(Al2O3)的溶點(diǎn)為2050攝氏度，均為高耐火物質(zhì)。因此，漂珠具有的耐火度，一般達(dá)1600-1700攝氏度，使其成為的耐火材料。

2、質(zhì)輕、保溫隔熱：漂珠壁薄中空，空腔內(nèi)為半真空，只有極微量的氣體(N2、H2及CO2等)，熱傳導(dǎo)極慢極微。所以漂珠不但質(zhì)輕(容重250-450kg/m3)，而且保溫隔熱(導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)常溫0.08-0.1)，這為其在輕質(zhì)保溫隔熱材料領(lǐng)域大顯身手奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

3、硬度大、強(qiáng)度高：由于漂珠是以硅鋁氧化物礦物相(石英和莫來(lái)石)形成的堅(jiān)硬玻璃體，硬度可達(dá)莫氏6-7級(jí)，靜壓強(qiáng)度高達(dá)70-140MPa，真密度2.10-2.20g/cm3，因此，漂珠具有很高的強(qiáng)度。一般輕質(zhì)多孔或中空材料如珍珠巖、沸巖、硅藻土、海浮石、膨脹蛭石等均是硬度差、強(qiáng)度差，用其制的保溫隔熱制品或輕質(zhì)耐火制品，都有強(qiáng)度差的缺點(diǎn)。他們的短處恰恰是漂珠的長(zhǎng)處，所以漂珠就更有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，用途更廣。

4、電絕緣性，不導(dǎo)電：選去磁珠后的漂珠，是性能的絕緣材料，不導(dǎo)電。一般絕緣體的電阻均隨溫度的升高而降低，漂珠則相反，隨溫度的升高電阻增大。這一優(yōu)點(diǎn)是其他絕緣材料都不具備的。所以，它可以制作是性能的高溫條件下的絕緣材料制品。

5、粒度細(xì)，比表面積大：漂珠自然形成的粒度為1-250微米。比表面積300-360g/cm2，和水泥差不多。因此，漂珠不需粉磨，可直接使用。細(xì)度可滿(mǎn)足各種制品的需要，其他輕質(zhì)保溫材料一般粒度都很大(如珍珠巖等)，如果粉磨就會(huì)大幅度增加容量，使隔熱性大大降低。

輕質(zhì)耐火澆注料是以鋁酸鹽水泥、高鋁細(xì)料、陶粒，外加若干添加劑配置而成，該產(chǎn)品具有體積輕，抗壓強(qiáng)度高，耐酸及酸性氣體腐蝕。隔熱、保溫、吸水率低等特點(diǎn)，施工簡(jiǎn)便，是高溫下有耐堿腐蝕部位施工的比較理想產(chǎn)品。和易性好，粘結(jié)力強(qiáng)，初凝時(shí)間和施工可操作時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，強(qiáng)度增長(zhǎng)快、抗?jié)B性強(qiáng)、不需要酸化處理、易于確保砌體灰縫的密實(shí)飽滿(mǎn)，能顯著提高煙囪內(nèi)襯壁的氣密性、整體性和內(nèi)襯的防腐蝕能力，是高煙囪、高溫?zé)煹篮惋L(fēng)道內(nèi)襯的理想膠結(jié)材料，也可用于石油、化工、有色冶金等行業(yè)的耐酸池、槽等耐酸工程。耐酸磚、耐酸膠泥及抹面料耐酸磚、耐酸膠泥及抹面料是我廠自行研制開(kāi)發(fā)的適用于電站鍋爐煙囪及熱網(wǎng)管道保溫的耐火材料，它具有耐酸腐蝕、耐溫、耐熱穩(wěn)定性、施工方便的特點(diǎn)。

【漂珠用途】

3、石油工業(yè)：油田固井、管道防腐保溫、海底油田、漂浮裝置、油井鉆探泥漿減輕劑、石油天然氣輸送管道等方面。

按氣孔率分有致密耐火澆注料和氣孔率不低于45%的隔熱耐火燒注料兩種。
按結(jié)合劑分 有水硬性結(jié)合、化學(xué)結(jié)合、凝聚結(jié)合澆注料。
水硬性結(jié)合耐火澆注料在常溫下凝結(jié)硬化并通過(guò)水化作用而硬化，主要品種有硅酸鹽水泥、普通鋁酸鈣水泥、
純鋁酸鈣水泥、電熔純鋁酸鈣水泥耐火澆注料等?；瘜W(xué)結(jié)合澆注料在常溫下一般通過(guò)加入促硬劑形成化學(xué)反應(yīng)而硬化，主要品種有水玻璃、硫酸鋁、磷酸鹽耐火澆注料等。凝聚結(jié)合澆注料為在煅燒過(guò)程中經(jīng)燒結(jié)作用而硬化，主要品種有粘土耐火澆注料等
