熔點(diǎn)(℃)漂珠是一種能浮于水面的粉煤灰空心球,呈灰白色,壁薄中空,顆粒細(xì)、重量輕,高強(qiáng)耐磨、表面封閉而光滑,熱導(dǎo)率小,耐火度高、保溫絕緣、應(yīng)力應(yīng)變均勻等多種功能,廣泛用于耐火、保溫材料的生產(chǎn)和在塑料、涂料、油漆油墨、陶瓷、封裝材料、地板膠、石油鉆探等領(lǐng)域作增強(qiáng)性填充料。能既有效地改善產(chǎn)品性能或施工效果,又明顯地降低生產(chǎn)成本,現(xiàn)已廣泛應(yīng)用于耐火材料的原料之中。
【漂珠特性】
1、高耐火度:漂珠的主要化學(xué)成分為硅、鋁的氧化物,其中二氧化硅(SiO2)約為50-65%,三氧化二鋁(Al2O3)約為25-35%。因?yàn)槎趸瑁⊿iO2)的溶點(diǎn)高達(dá)1725攝氏度,三氧化二鋁(Al2O3)的溶點(diǎn)為2050攝氏度,均為高耐火物質(zhì)。因此,漂珠具有的耐火度,一般達(dá)1600-1700攝氏度,使其成為的耐火材料。
