Application Procedures

1.       After confirming the booth application, Please fill in and stamp on the “Exhibitor Space Contract” with one copy of business license and passport copy of proprietor;

2.       Remit at least 50% of the total space cost as deposit to the Organizing Committee within three days. Please keep the remitting bill for checking. The booth shall not be reserved without receipt of relevant costs. All banking charges, if any, are to be borne by the exhibitor.

3.       All the balanced payment should be paid up fifteen days before the booth decoration time.

4.       Raw space should rent at least 36m^2.
